Longevity Agent is a private personal wellness application designed to help its user monitor and understand health, fitness, sleep, recovery, nutrition, exercise, and related wellbeing information.
Information We Access
When connected to WHOOP, Longevity Agent may access health and fitness information made available through the WHOOP API, including:
- Recovery data
- Heart rate variability (HRV)
- Resting heart rate
- Sleep and sleep-stage information
- Workout and activity data
- Strain and physiological cycle data
- Body measurements and profile information
- Other wellness metrics made available through the authorized WHOOP API scopes
Longevity Agent only accesses WHOOP information after the user explicitly authorizes access through WHOOP’s OAuth authorization process.
How Information Is Used
Information accessed through WHOOP is used solely to provide personal wellness, fitness, recovery, sleep, and training analysis to the authorized user.
This may include identifying trends, maintaining historical records, generating personalized summaries, and providing insights relating to exercise, recovery, sleep, nutrition, and general wellbeing.
The information is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling of third parties, or commercial data brokerage.
Data Storage
Longevity Agent may store authorized wellness and fitness information in a private database operated for the application owner.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored information and restrict unauthorized access.
Data Sharing
Personal information obtained through WHOOP is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Data may be processed by technical service providers necessary to operate Longevity Agent, such as AI or infrastructure providers, solely for providing the application’s functionality.
Artificial Intelligence
Longevity Agent uses artificial intelligence to analyze information and generate personalized wellness insights.
Relevant information may therefore be processed by an AI service provider when necessary to answer questions, analyze trends, or generate recommendations.
AI-generated information is intended for general wellness and informational purposes and should not be considered medical diagnosis or professional medical advice.
WHOOP Authorization
Access to WHOOP information is provided through WHOOP’s OAuth authorization system.
The user controls whether Longevity Agent is permitted to access their WHOOP information and may revoke that authorization through WHOOP.
Longevity Agent does not collect or store the user’s WHOOP account password.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide historical wellness and fitness analysis.
The user may request deletion of information stored by Longevity Agent at any time.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information processed by Longevity Agent. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the functionality of Longevity Agent or the services it integrates with change.
